An increasing number of smokers have switched to electronic cigarettes while the health risks are still unexplored. Let’s have a look at electronic cigarettes and review them.

Many have heard of e-cigarettes but only a few have probably tried them. The electronic cigarette has been around on the Internet since 2004. Currently only few smokers use the “healthy alternative” to tobacco smoke. Allegedly the user only inhales water vapor with nicotine. But this is not scientifically proven.

The electronic cigarette sounds like the perfect alternative. Manufacturers advertise the following: No bad ingredients other than nicotine, no bad odor, no difference in taste and no smoking ban in public places.

In review the e-cigarette earned points for the fact that it is actually odorless and satisfies the physical nicotine addiction. Whether it really does not contain any other bad substances except nicotine is beyond this review. Note: Quitting is the only a real alternative to smoking and there are no healthy cigarettes!

Nicotine Patches Do Work!

To all you smokers out there that want to quit. You need to follow instructions! Why? Yesterday on the news they reported that many fail quitting cigarettes when using the patch because they do no follow instructions and/or simply stop using it! Stick to it! Don’t give up.

I am still trying to convince a friend to stop her nasty habit. I will keep you in the loop.

Lake Big Bear in California

Big Bear Lake is about a 2 hour drive from the airport in Los Angeles (at rush hour it will take about 4 hours) and we love going there. Big Bear Lake is located high in the San Bernardino Mountains about 2,100 m above sea level. The Big Bear dam was completed in 1884 and 1949 the first ski resorts opened up.

On the drive there you escape the smog cloud that covers Los Angeles. Many Americans who own a vacation residence here just relax in the summer, go hiking or fishing, and in winter people enjoy skiing.

We never met a bear at Big Bear Lake.

Our favorite fruit is the mango due to its unique flavor and fresh fragrance. The Mangos in Africa are so fresh. Something you don’t experience with Mangos bought at the grocery store. A Mango eaten directly off the bush tastes so juicy and delicious. We also love African Couscous Salad with fresh Mangos.
There are over 1,000 mango varieties. The queen of the mango originated from Thailand.

Lose weight without exercise?!

Many people want to lose weight without exercise and the reason for it a different. Some people are so busy with work and family that there is no time to exercise. Others can’t exercise due to health problems and need to lose weight even without an extensive exercise program. You can lose weight without exercise but you need to understand certain things in advance.
The idea that by eating less you can quickly and easily lose weight is not really true. The body needs an adequate amount of nutrients to achieve a long-term reduction in weight. You need to change your daily habits and replace heavy and greasy foods with lighter and healthier alternatives. Weight loss pills like African Mango can also be added to your diet but key is that you change your eating habits to better ones.

Even if you don’t really have time to exercise you should make certain lifestyle changes. Some ideas: skip elevators and use stairs as much as possible. On the parking lot park a little further away to get 2 minutes of walking every day. Stand or walk while on conference calls and walk to your co-worker instead of picking up the phone.

Ansel Easton Adams born on February 20, 1902 in San Francisco, California and died on April 22^nd, 1984 in Carmel, California. Adams was a great American photographer, writer and teacher of artistic photography. He is best known for its impressive landscape and nature photographs of National Parks, National Monuments and Wilderness Areas in the western United States. He was actively engaged in the preservation of these natural beauties.

In 1916 Ansel Adams visited Yosemite National Park for the first time with his parents. His father gave him his first camera. The 14-year-old passionately recorded everything that came before his lens. In 1919 Adams joined the Sierra Club founded by John Muir. In 1922 Adams published his first article for the Sierra Club Bulletin.
