An increasing number of smokers have switched to electronic cigarettes while the health risks are still unexplored. Let’s have a look at electronic cigarettes and review them.

Many have heard of e-cigarettes but only a few have probably tried them. The electronic cigarette has been around on the Internet since 2004. Currently only few smokers use the “healthy alternative” to tobacco smoke. Allegedly the user only inhales water vapor with nicotine. But this is not scientifically proven.

The electronic cigarette sounds like the perfect alternative. Manufacturers advertise the following: No bad ingredients other than nicotine, no bad odor, no difference in taste and no smoking ban in public places.

In review the e-cigarette earned points for the fact that it is actually odorless and satisfies the physical nicotine addiction. Whether it really does not contain any other bad substances except nicotine is beyond this review. Note: Quitting is the only a real alternative to smoking and there are no healthy cigarettes!

 

Nicotine Patches Do Work!

To all you smokers out there that want to quit. You need to follow instructions! Why? Yesterday on the news they reported that many fail quitting cigarettes when using the patch because they do no follow instructions and/or simply stop using it! Stick to it! Don’t give up.
